Emma's Award
Emma got an award this semester for "Most Distinguished in Lanuage Arts". We all know how well she is in her language...she is very distinguished!! ;0) Keep up the good work, Emma!
Disney Ditch Day
Emilee was able to stay a week for their spring break . I let the kids miss a day of school so we could go to DL. I think everybody else had the same idea! It was sooo busy but we still had lots of fun. My mom kept me and Emmy's babies so it was just the older 3. It made for a very enjoyable day!!

Emma's New Style
Emma has been begging me to cut her hair. I held off as long as I could. Finally, I gave in and I have to say I do like it. We cut 10 inches off and donated it to Pantene Beautiful Lengths in honor of her Nyny(Daniel's mom) Mornings are so smooth without the fuss about her hair. We went from 15 minutes to about 5 or less! I do miss her long locks but like she told me, "Mommy, it will grow back."
Last time in piggies for awhile... :(

Our Special Day
On Saturday March 14, 2009 our family was sealed for all eternity in the San Diego temple. This is a day I have been waiting for a long time. When we first walked through the lobby Emma said, "ohh Mommy it's so beautiful." I lost it at that moment.....this WAS happening. There are no words to express my feelings ...... seeing my children all in white, like little angels, and Daniel was just glowing. My wish- That Mason & Emma will remember this special day too. These memories are tender and I will treasure them always. It has been a long journey to this point, we have endured so much. I am sure the road ahead will be just as tough if not harder....but it will all be worth it!

Redlands Temple Trip
Daniel's endowment temple trip was so special! What a great experience for him. Thank you to all who came to support us, you made it so much more special. I am so over joyed for him and love him even more!(I didn't think it was possible...but I do) Congratulations sweety!
Valentine's Day!
This Valentine's Day Daniel and I went to Pechanga Resort on Friday Feb. 13th. Daniel's company was hosting a big dinner for their customers and Daniel had to do a power point presentation. We had a lovely time dressing up, eating good food and socializing with familiar faces!
The next morning I made our annual heart shaped waffles with strawberries and whipped cream. (sorry no pics) Yummy!
Our Little Disney Vacation
The kids had a week off in February and we decided to go spend a few days at the Disneyland Resort. We stayed at the Disneyland Hotel for 3 nights (thank you uncle sam), which we got an amazing deal on because we are passport members. Carlos & Emilee's family joined us and we had tons of fun! The babies did so well in their strollers and hardly any complaining from the older kids.
Piano Man & Mommy's Bed
Brody loves the piano. He is always climbing up on the bench and playing away. Daniel is sure happy he is showing interest so early. Maybe he'll get some of Daddy's talent!
In January Daniel had to go to Reno for a few days for business. Mason and Emma are always wanting to sleep in our bed. Every night it's the same question, "Mommy can I sleep with you?". My answer is always no....except when Daniel is gone. So I let them share the bed with me and they were so happy! Of course I had to explain that this was temporary. I didn't get much sleep those nights with random elbows and feet flying around but it was nice to have warm bodies in bed with me. :)
