Happy Father's Day!

Updates coming very soon....but I did want to acknowledge Daniel for being such an awesome Dad! I am so very blessed to have such a wonderful father for my kids! I made a little slide show of him with the kids through the years......

Out of the mouth of babes......

...or a smart alek 7 year old. Yesterday I was busy in the kitchen getting dinner ready and making brownies with Emma for FHE. Mason was playing XBOX in the living room and I asked him to vacuum when his game time was up. So the conversation goes something like this....
Mom: Mason finish up your game and I want you to vacuum the LR when your done.
Mason: Why do I have to vacuum? Why can't you?
Mom:(thinking of alot of not so nice things I could say, but held back) Because I'm getting dinner ready and I need you to do what I asked.
Mason: Well I'll fix dinner and YOU can vacuum.
I mean he is only seven and he is always trying to argue his way out of things. hmmm..I wonder who he is like. No comment, Mom!

Brotherly Love <3

Mason is such a great big brother. Other than putting up with his sister's constant teasing, he is so good with Brody. And Brody adores him too. He starts to giggle and whale his arms and legs when he sees Mason coming. Here are a couple of cute pics of them.....

One Last Easter Post

Easter Sunday was the most beautiful day! The weather was gorgeous which made it easy to enjoy the real meaning of Easter. Our Savior's true sacrifice for each and every one of us. I am thankful for Him and all that Daniel and I have been blessed with. My heart is overflowing with thanks! On that note....being that it was a beautiful day, I took some more pics of the kids at Gina's.

Huntin for Eggs

We went to Gina and Tony's for an Easter/B-day BBQ. It was Tasia's 17th birthday on Sunday too! Emma refused to change out of her "ballerina" dress. The kids had alot of fun hunting for eggs even though there was only 3 of them. That made the egg per kid ratio pretty nice.

Easter Pics

We managed to get a few shots of the kids after church. They actually turned out really cute. Pretty rare lately to get a good shot of all 3 of them. :)

The Easter Bunny Came

I wasn't ready for Easter this year. We didn't even put any of our decorations up! Well the Easter bunny still came and the kids were very excited to say the least.

The kiddos with their baskets!
(Emma has been having trouble keeping her eyes open for pics lately)

Brody checking out the goods!

Mason showing off some Star Wars stuff.

Emma showing her new DVD

The Pool Party!

The most exciting news to report is Daniel's Baptism. The day was perfect and we are truely grateful for this blessing in our lives! We shared the day with close friends and family. He was baptised by Elder Davis, who also gave Gloria (Daniel's mom) a blessing before her passing back in September. We felt a tight bond with him from the beginning and will forever be grateful to Heavenly Father for sending him to us. Thank you to everyone who made our day so much more special!

A New House

We bought the cutest little playhouse for the kids and everyone pitched in to help put it together.

Emma and Mason were such big helpers(most the time)

I'd say she likes it!

**Warning** Some images may be offense to sensitive viewers

I guess after the kids go down Daniel and I get a little on the bored side. Here are some pics of us having some fun with Brody. *Note- these pictures are for entertainment reasons only and, no, we don't actually let him eat doritos right from the bag! :)

A day in the life...

So, Emma is definently ready for shool. She gets soooo bored at home with me and Brody. It won't be too much longer. :( Here are some fun pics of her and Brody on an average day.

"Barbie Girl"

Here is a cute video of Emma dancing to one of her favorite songs....probably not the best choice in music but I don't think she picks up on the inuendos. :)

BTW, she picked out the outfit

On the farm.....

Mason had a field trip to Amy's Farm in Ontario and I was able to go too! We had so much fun with all the baby animals. They got to feed calves with big bottles, hold baby chicks, feed the pigs and the petting zoo had baby goats just born the night before! I really enjoyed spending time with just Mason and I. Something I haven't been able to do in a while. The kids had a blast with all the hands on they got to do with the animals. What a lively bunch they were and I give kuddos to their teachers who have the energy for them everyday!
